Ask a question once and the Workspace Agent intelligently routes it to the right Mini(s), combining responses into a single, unified answer.Confirmation Before Querying

Records now support rich text editing — giving you formatting tools to create clearer, more structured documentation.

Smart Delete on Timeline
Cleaning up your timeline is now easier with Smart Delete. Remove outdated or duplicate entries directly from the timeline view with clear confirmation prompts.
Why it matters: Keeps timelines clean and focused on what matters, reducing clutter from test entries or duplicates.
Combined DateTime Picker
Setting dates and times is now a single, streamlined interaction. No more switching between separate date and time fields — pick both in one step.

Chat Experience Improvements
Timestamps & Session Separators

Expanded Prompt Recommendations
We've added new prompt recommendations for SAH (Specialist & Allied Health) and expanded coverage for NDIS workflows. These guided prompts help you get the most out of your Mini from your very first conversation.

Terms & Privacy Policy
We've introduced a clear Terms of Service and Privacy Policy flow within the app. Users will be prompted to review and accept updated terms, ensuring transparency about how data is handled.
Bug Fixes & Polish
Fixed an issue where Mini profile pictures weren't displaying correctly
Improved date parsing for more consistent record handling
Resolved an issue with archived records appearing in active views
Various UI polish improvements including better tooltips and sidebar behaviour
