This month we're introducing a centralised Workspace Admin experience, the ability to draft emails directly in chat, and several improvements to how you manage records and groups. These updates are designed to give administrators more control and make everyday workflows faster for everyone.

Workspace Admin

We've brought together user management, Mini configuration, and security settings into a single, streamlined Workspace Admin hub.

Feature Highlights:

  • Centralised User Management
    View, invite, and manage all workspace members from one place. Easily update roles and permissions without jumping between screens.

  • Mini Management
    Configure and manage all your Minis β€” including their settings and access β€” from within the admin hub.

  • Simplified Permissions & Roles
    We've streamlined the permissions model to make it easier to understand who can do what across your workspace.

Why it matters: Administrators no longer need to navigate multiple areas to manage their workspace. Everything is in one place, saving time and reducing confusion.

Draft Emails in Chat

You can now ask your Mini to draft an email and review it before sending β€” all without leaving the chat.

How it works:

  • Ask your Mini to compose an email (e.g., "Draft an email to the family about Sam's progress this week")

  • Review and edit the draft directly in the chat interface

  • Send when you're happy with it

Why it matters: Speeds up communication workflows by keeping everything in one place β€” no need to copy and paste between apps.

Edit Records in Timeline

You can now edit records directly from the timeline view, making it faster to update information without navigating away.

Why it matters: Reduces the steps needed to keep records accurate and up to date during your day-to-day work.

Groups Management

A new dedicated Groups management page makes it easy to create, edit, and organise groups across your workspace.

Why it matters: Better group management means more efficient team coordination and access control.

Attachment Uploads in Record Widget

You can now upload attachments directly within the record widget, making it easier to attach supporting documents, images, or files to any record.

Why it matters: Keeps all relevant information together with the record, reducing the need to manage files separately.

Improved AI Search Citations

When your Mini references information in a response, you'll now see clearer and more accurate citations pointing to the source records.

Why it matters: Builds trust and confidence in AI-generated responses by making it easy to verify the information your Mini provides.

Chain of Thought Improvements

Your Mini now shows its reasoning process more clearly, so you can see how it arrived at its response.

Why it matters: Greater transparency into how your Mini thinks helps you understand and trust its outputs, especially for clinical and care-related queries.
