Create a Mini profile by entering their name and care details. Once created, you can view their profile information, check what they remember from conversations, and update their details as needed.
Note: If you have an Enterprise Workspace, creating new Minis may be limited to your Workspace Admin.
When to use this
Create a new Mini when you're onboarding a new client or resident
View or edit a profile when you need to update someone's details or check what the Mini remembers about them
How to use
Creating a Mini
Select Create Mini
Enter the person's name
Add their date of birth and profile photo
Click Create Mini
Your workspace template applies automatically, so the Mini is ready to use.
Note: Your workspace is set up for one care type (NDIS, Residential Aged Care, or Support at Home), which determines how your Minis work.
Adding first records
You can now add any type of records to the Mini by clicking on Add first record. A detailed description on how to create records can be found in this Help Centre article: How to create a record.
Viewing a profile
Open the Mini by clicking on the top left profile phot and name
The profile opens on the right side panel.
Click on Edit details to make changes to the profile.
