There are two ways your experience with a Mini improves over time, and it's worth being clear about both.
First, the data. As your team uploads or syncs more records — new progress notes, updated care plans, recent incidents — the Mini's understanding of that person becomes more current and complete. The more up-to-date the data, the better the responses. You can check what's available by viewing the person's timeline at any time.
Second, your preferences. Minis have a feature called memories. If you tell a Mini \"I prefer responses in paragraphs, not dot points — remember this,\" it will remember that preference for future conversations. These memories are specific to you and help the Mini tailor its responses to how you like to work.
ℹ️ Good to know: A Mini doesn't learn from other organisations' data. It doesn't share information between workspaces. And it doesn't train AI models on your data. For more on data handling, see AI and Privacy.
The Mini's knowledge of a person is only as good as the records it has access to. If something isn't in the timeline, the Mini won't know about it. You can add records by creating a record, importing documents, or importing from a spreadsheet.
