There are two ways your experience with a Mini improves over time, and it's worth being clear about both.
First, the data. As your team uploads or syncs more records β new progress notes, updated care plans, recent incidents β the Mini's understanding of that person becomes more current and complete. The more up-to-date the data, the better the responses.
Second, your preferences. Minis have a feature called user memories. If you tell a Mini "I prefer responses in paragraphs, not dot points β remember this," it will remember that preference for future conversations. These memories are specific to you and help the Mini tailor its responses to how you like to work.
What a Mini doesn't do: it doesn't learn from other organisations' data. It doesn't share information between workspaces. It doesn't memorise sensitive personal details outside of the records that have been uploaded. And it doesn't train AI models on your data.
The Mini's knowledge of a person is only as good as the records it has access to. If something isn't in the timeline, the Mini won't know about it. You can check what's been uploaded by viewing the person's timeline at any time.
