AI and Privacy

How Minikai handles private health information.

Minikai is built with a privacy-first architecture. All data is hosted in Australian Azure data centres and never leaves the country. No data is sent overseas for processing.

Staff only have access to Minis for the people they're assigned to support. If you support three clients, you'll see three Minis β€” and nothing else. Admins manage these assignments and can adjust them as roles change.

Chats are private. Your conversations with a Mini aren't visible to other staff. Records you create and submit to the timeline are visible to anyone assigned to that Mini, but the chat itself stays between you and the Mini.

Minikai doesn't use your data to train AI models. The information your organisation provides is used only to power the Minis in your workspace.
