Every Mini has a profile panel that gives you an at-a-glance view of the person it represents, how the Mini is configured, and what it knows. It's a useful reference point whether you're new to supporting this person or checking in on how the Mini is set up.

How to open a Mini's profile

  1. Open a conversation with the Mini.

  2. Click the Mini's profile photo and name at the top of the chat.

  3. The profile panel opens on the right side of the screen.

What you'll see on the profile

Details

The person's name, date of birth, and profile photo. Admins and Creators can update these by clicking Edit details.

Instructions

Instructions are the guidelines that shape how the Mini communicates and responds — things like preferred language style, care priorities, or specific information the Mini should always keep in mind. Instructions are read-only for most users; they're configured by your organisation or Workspace Admin to make sure the Mini behaves consistently and appropriately.

💡 Tip: Reviewing a Mini's Instructions is a good way to understand the context the Mini is working with — especially if you're new to supporting this person or unfamiliar with how the Mini has been set up.

Memories

Memories are things the Mini has picked up from conversations over time — important details, preferences, or context that helps it give more relevant responses in future chats. Memories are read-only; the Mini builds them automatically as people interact with it.

You can review a Mini's memories at any time from the profile panel. This is helpful for checking what the Mini has retained and whether anything looks outdated or incorrect.

ℹ️ Good to know: Memories are different from records. Records are the documents you upload (care plans, progress notes, assessments). Memories are observations the Mini has formed from conversations. Both help the Mini provide better support, but they come from different sources. Learn more about how Mini memory works →

Groups

Shows which groups this Mini belongs to. Groups control which users can see and interact with the Mini. Learn how to add a Mini to a group →

Deleting a Mini

If a Mini is no longer needed — for example, if the person is no longer in your care — an Admin can delete it from the profile panel.

  1. Open the Mini's profile.

  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete.

  3. Confirm when prompted.

⚠️ This action cannot be undone: Deleting a Mini permanently removes the Mini and all associated conversation history. Records that were uploaded will still exist in your workspace, but the Mini itself — including its memories and chat history — will be gone. Make sure this is the right step before confirming.
