Where a Mini represents one person and knows their records, the workspace agent works across all the Minis you have access to. You ask a question once and it draws a single, unified answer from the right people's records, so you don't have to open each Mini in turn.
When to use this
You look after several people and want an answer that spans all of them, such as "Any incidents I should be aware of this week?"
You're a team leader or coordinator and need a picture across residents or participants without checking each Mini.
You're not sure which Mini holds the detail and want the workspace agent to find it for you.
How it works
You ask the workspace agent a question in plain language. Before it looks anything up, it shows you which Minis it plans to query and asks you to confirm, so you stay in control of what's accessed. Its answer combines what it finds into one response, with citations back to the source records and its reasoning shown, so you can see how the answer was formed and check it against the records.
⚠️ Check the citations: The workspace agent draws on the records it can reach, so an answer is only as complete as what's on the timelines. Follow the citations back to the source records for anything you're relying on, especially across several people.
ℹ️ Good to know: The workspace agent can do more than answer questions. You can also ask it to help with tasks like drafting a document across several people. It only ever reaches the Minis you already have access to.
