This month’s updates focus on making conversations with Minis more seamless and setup faster for admins. We’ve launched a unified chat timeline so each Mini now has one continuous history and admins can create Minis and Groups directly from the sidebar.
Infinite Chat Timeline
We’ve redesigned chat to show a continuous timeline for each Mini, replacing the old chat thread model.
What’s new
Every Mini now has one ongoing conversation history (like WhatsApp or iMessage)
Past conversations are no longer separate sessions - everything is scrollable
Deep links can take you to a specific message (with context before and after)
On mobile, the Mini chat opens in full-screen for easier reading
This makes it easier for teams to see the full context of a Mini’s history without stitching together separate threads. Ideal for shift handovers, audits, or ongoing clinical reviews.
Sidebar Improvements: Minis, Groups, and Admin Tools
Admins can now create new Minis and Groups straight from the sidebar.
