Introducing Memories and smarter in-app support

This month’s release brings together two powerful updates designed to make Minikai more personalised, efficient, and supportive - both in how your Mini interacts with you and how you get help when you need it.

We’re introducing Mini Memories, enabling each Mini to tailor its responses based on your language and workflow preferences. At the same time, we’ve upgraded the Minikai Help Center and Support Experience to deliver faster, smarter assistance through in-app chat, improved navigation, and smarter article suggestions.

Together, these updates strengthen our commitment to supporting your work with intelligence, clarity, and care.

Mini Memories

This release introduces Mini Memories – a breakthrough in how Minis understand and adapt to different staff types. Minis now personalise conversations and dynamically evolve based on user preferences, streamlining collaboration and clinical communication.

Feature Highlights:

  • Workflow-Aligned Personalisation
    ​Prompts like “When I ask for a recent summary of Sam’s condition, I want to know about the last 48h, focusing on BSL, mobility, and PRNs” allows a Mini to remember workflow-relevant outputs the next time you ask “Give me a recent summary of Sam’s condition”.

    Why it matters: Saves time during MDT handovers and improves care documentation quality.

How to Use It:

Mini Memory functionality is enabled by default with Minis adapting accordingly.

Help Center & Support Improvements

We’ve updated the Minikai Help Center and support experience to make getting help faster, easier, and more intelligent.

Highlights:

  • Improved Help Center Navigation
    ​Our updated Help Center now features clearer categories, including:

    • Getting Started Guides

    • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

    • Minikai Status Page

    • Changelog & Release Notes

  • In-App Chat Support

    You can now chat with one of our support team members to get faster access to support. If you do raise a ticket, you can track all of it from within the same window.

  • Smart Search Suggestions

    When you start typing a question in the Help Center or in the chat, our system will suggest articles to help you find answers instantly – no need to wait for a us.

  • Proactive Support Messages

    We’ll now notify you in-app when important updates happen (e.g., feature launches or known issues), so you’re never left in the dark.

Why it matters:

We want to make sure you get the help you need – right when you need it – whether that’s onboarding a new team member, reporting a technical issue, or learning a new feature. This upgrade supports faster resolution, reduces repetitive back-and-forth, and gives you more control over your support experience.

How to use it:

If you have a question while using Minikai, click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the app to speak with us or browse recommended articles.
