Prompt recommendations are suggested questions or tasks that help you get started with a Mini. Instead of staring at a blank message box, you can pick from a set of common care tasks — like writing handover notes, summarising progress, drafting a family update, or preparing an incident report — and get going with a single click.
These prompts are tailored to your workspace type and are available across all workspaces. We currently offer prompt recommendations for:
NDIS — disability support workflows
Residential Aged Care — daily care and clinical documentation
Support at Home — community and home-based care
Specialist & Allied Health (SAH) — therapy, assessment, and clinical reporting workflows
When to use prompt recommendations
You're not sure where to start and want a quick way in
You need to get through a routine task — like a handover summary or progress update — without starting from scratch
You want to explore what your Mini can help with beyond everyday chat
How to use prompt recommendations
Open a Mini. You'll see a set of prompt recommendations in the chat area.
Pick the one that matches what you need — for example, "Write a shift handover summary."
The Mini will get to work straight away.
No typing needed — just click and go.
Customising prompts
You can personalise any recommendation before sending it — just tap it, then edit the text to add specifics.
Example:
Original: "Write a family progress update"
Customised: "Write a family progress update for Sarah focusing on her mobility improvements this month"
The more context you give, the better the response. You can also type your own prompts from scratch if none of the suggestions fit.
⚠️ Always review what the Mini produces: Prompt recommendations help you get started faster, but the output still needs your eye. Check that names, dates, and details are correct before using anything in care documentation or sending it to families.
