Prompt recommendations are suggested questions or tasks that help you get started with your Mini. They make a wide range of tailored use cases available through the click of a button. Common examples include writing handover notes, summarising progress notes, creating family progress updates, drafting care plans and goals, preparing incident reports, and writing compliance documentation. These prompts are tailored to your workspace type (NDIS, Residential Aged Care, or Support at Home) and are available across all workspaces.

When to use prompt recommendations

  • You're facing a blank page and not sure where to start

  • You want quick access to common care tasks

  • You're looking for sector-specific documentation support

  • You need to save time on routine tasks

Using prompt recommendations

When you open a Mini, you'll see sector-specific prompt recommendations in the chat:

  1. Review the suggested prompts displayed

  2. Select the one that matches what you need help with and send the prompt

  3. The Mini will start working on that task immediately

No typing needed - just click and go.

Customising prompts

Personalise any recommendation to match your specific situation:

  1. Select the prompt you want to use

  2. Edit the text before sending to add specific details (like a person's name, particular circumstances, or specific goals)

  3. Send the customised prompt

Example:

  • Original prompt: "Write a family progress update"

  • Customised: "Write a family progress update for Sarah focusing on her mobility improvements this month"

You can also type your own prompts - the more specific you are and the more context you provide, the better the response.
