Insights is where you can see who in your workspace is using Minikai and how. It shows a weekly engagement chart alongside a member-by-member leaderboard, with the option to filter by job title or by label and sort the leaderboard however's useful to you.

Insights is about engagement, not cost. You won't see dollars or credits here. For spend and limits, see Budget. For invoices and payment details, see Billing.
When to use this
You're rolling Minikai out to a new team and want to see who's getting started.
You want to identify your champions, the people leaning in early, so you can learn from them and amplify what's working.
You're checking whether a particular role is using the platform as expected.
You're preparing for a team conversation or training session and want a sense of current uptake.
You want to focus on one site, program, or team rather than the whole workspace, using the label filter.
How it works
Insights pulls directly from your workspace activity and shows two things: an engagement chart and a member leaderboard. Choose Last 12 weeks (the default) or All time to set the period for both.
The engagement chart shows, week by week:
Users engaged. How many people sent at least one message that week, against how many active members you have.
Minis engaged. How many Minis received at least one message that week, against how many active Minis you have.
Total messages. The total number of messages sent that week.
The leaderboard lists every member of your workspace, with their job title, a Status (Active, Not recently active, Never used, Pending, or Deactivated, each explained in a tooltip when you hover over it), Last active date, Minis engaged, and Messages sent. Click any column heading to sort by it.
You can filter both the chart and the leaderboard by job title or by label (for example, a site, program, or support type), so you can see engagement for a slice of your workspace rather than everyone at once. Filtering by label only shows members whose access is scoped to that label; members with workspace-wide access still appear in the unfiltered view.
Step 1: Open Insights
Go to Workspace Admin → Insights. You'll see the engagement chart and leaderboard for the last 12 weeks, with all members included by default.
Step 2: Filter and sort (optional)
Use the job title or label filter to narrow the view, for example just Care Managers or just one site. Click a column heading in the leaderboard, such as Last active or Status, to sort by it.
If a user doesn't have a job title set, they'll show in the unfiltered view but won't appear when you've selected a specific job title. Job titles are set on the user's profile and, where directory sync is configured, can be imported automatically.
Step 3: Read the chart and totals
The engagement chart shows how activity is trending week to week. The leaderboard's Status column is the quickest way to spot who's using Minikai well, who's gone quiet, and who hasn't started.
Step 4: Export to CSV (optional)
Use the export button to download the leaderboard as a CSV. Each row is one person for one week, with their Last Active date included, so you can track engagement trends over time in a spreadsheet.
Using Insights well
Look for the quiet users. Someone marked Not recently active or Never used may need a check-in, a refresher, or a different kind of support.
Celebrate the leaders. A user creating a lot of records or sending a lot of messages is often a great person to ask for feedback or to involve in training.
Don't use Insights as a performance tool. Activity isn't quality. Use it to spot patterns and start conversations, not to rank people.
ℹ️ Good to know: Insights covers the last 12 weeks or all time, both broken down by calendar week. If you'd like a different view, message us through the Help Desk.
What's not in Insights (yet)
A few things we know admins ask about that aren't here yet:
Tasks completed per user
Per-user detail pages with a breakdown of activity over time
If any of these would help you, let us know. Feedback shapes what we build next.
