In this month's update we've launched a timeline view that shows all your customer records in one chronological feed, and you can now create records with the help of a Mini whenever you need to capture information.

What's new
All records appear chronologically in one feed, such as progress notes, charts, assessments, care plans, and incidents
Filter by record type, author, or date range to quickly find what you need
Click any record to view its full details and attachments
This makes it easier to spot patterns over time, review changes during handovers, or verify what information your Mini has access to. Particularly useful for clinical reviews or incident investigations where you need the full picture.

Ideal for collecting information over a shift or after an appointment
What's new
Start drafting a record from the chat window
Add event date, title, notes, labels (like "progress note" or "assessment") and upload any attachments
Drafts stay private to you until you're ready to submit
Once submitted, records become visible to your team and searchable by Minis
This gives you the option to document information and control when records become visible to your team and Minis.
